The moderate rehabilitation of Gary Manor Apartments was financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The 198 unit development is located in Gary, Indiana. Renovation included new HVAC systems, updates to bathrooms, kitchens, and common hallways, interior painting, a new roof, new windows, improvements to parking lots, landscaping, and improvements in the lobby. All renovations occurred while residents remained at the project.
