Early 1900s warehouse converted to loft apartments and commercial space.

Financed in part with historic preservation tax credits, the Vangard Lofts development involved the conversion of the 8-story, historic Vangard Building into 82 loft apartments and street level commercial space. Exterior improvements included a new roof, masonry restoration, and new historic windows. Interior renovations included new elevator, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, carpentry, and all new finishes throughout.
