HUD-financed apartment renovations in historic St. Louis school building.

Financed by a HUD loan and low-income housing tax credits, the Archway Commons Apartments (formerly Blair School) project comprised the rehab of 35 existing units, including the rebuild of 2 units for accessibility, the addition of 3 new units in the annex building and a new elevator. Interior work included new entry and interior doors, new cabinets, new plumbing and lighting fixtures and new ceramic, vinyl and carpet flooring. Exterior work included masonry tuck-pointing, new storm windows, new asphalt parking lot and new security system.
