Mansard roof replacements, new community building, mold remediation…beehive removal? This 45-building renovation ran the gamut.

Funded in part by low-income housing tax credits, the rehab of Laurel Park Apartments in St. Louis County involved replacement of Mansard-style roofs with more modern looking gabled roofs and vinyl siding, mold remediation, drywall repair, painting, the addition of electrical shunts for flood protection, new windows, floors, appliances, etc., patch and seal of asphalt parking areas, repair of concrete sidewalks, grading, and landscaping.  We even used a bee vac to remove a large hive of bees from a building, which was relocated by our Superintendent who harvested honey from the hive.  The work scope also involved construction of a new community building.
