Preservation of 20 historic buildings in St. Louis’ Hyde Park neighborhood.

Utilizing both historic preservation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits, this scattered site development involved the gut renovation of 20 buildings in one of St. Louis’ oldest neighborhoods. Renovations included significant masonry restoration, all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new roofs, new historic windows, and all new finishes. The development also included an extensive sitework package, consisting of new utilities, sidewalks, parking areas, fencing, and landscaping.
