Multi-year renewal plan adds another 35 homes in St. Louis’ Salisbury Park.

Following two previous new home developments we completed for Better Living Communities and ND Consulting, the Bremen Homes development added an additional 35 new rental homes and duplexes in St. Louis’ Salisbury Park neighborhood. Constructed on two sites just blocks apart, the project included the construction of one- and two-story panelized wood frame structures with vinyl siding, wood roof trusses, and asphalt shingle roofing. Sitework included demolition of abandoned structures, all new sewer and water utility services, extensive grading, fencing, and landscaping. The development met Green Building Standards for energy efficiency.
