Vibrant assisted living facility added to continuing care retirement campus.

Meadowview Assisted Living is a 24-bed senior care facility in Arnold, Missouri, comprised of 16 private units (including one accessible unit) and 4 semi-private units.  Part of RSP Senior Living’s The Woodlands of Arnold CCRC campus, the building was constructed of concrete slab-on-grade with wood frame, vinyl siding and brick and is heated and cooled with PTAC units for the resident bedrooms and rooftop units with conventional ductwork for the community spaces.  The facility also includes covered and screened porches with radiant heaters for cooler weather and ceiling fans for warmer weather.  Fencing encloses the beautifully landscaped back yard.  Bedrooms have large operable windows and full private bathrooms with roll in showers. Community spaces include several beautifully finished sitting areas, a gas fireplace, large skylights and a residential style kitchen with commercial grade equipment and a large serving window.
