Ground up construction of a new education building for local trade school.

Local career-training institute Vatterott College tapped E.M. Harris to build a new classroom and office facility in the St. Louis suburb of St. Ann. Privately financed, the project included construction of a three-story, slab-on-grade, steel structure with masonry exterior and a sitework package, comprising a parking lot and landscaping.
