The Hyde Park South development included the gut renovation of 26 existing buildings into 50 rental apartments and 2 commercial spaces in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri.  The project utilized both Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Renovations included significant masonry restoration, all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new roofs, new historic windows and all new finishes. The development also included an extensive sitework package.
