Financed with low-income housing tax credits, the Gary Manor Apartments project included the moderate rehabilitation of a 198-unit apartment complex in Gary, Indiana. Renovations included a new roof, new windows, new HVAC systems, interior painting, updates to bathrooms, kitchens, common hallways and lobby, landscaping, and parking lot improvements. All renovations occurred while residents remained at the project.
