New life for aging apartments in historic Falstaff Brewery building.

The Brewery Apartments project involved renovation of the historic Falstaff Brewery #5 and adjacent townhouses in the St. Louis Place neighborhood, comprising 11 buildings and 140 units. Scope included electrical system upgrades, new plumbing and HVAC systems, window replacements, masonry restoration, new interior finishes, including painting, flooring and cabinets, and exterior site improvements. All renovations occurred while residents occupied the buildings.
