New supportive living facility for women with developmental disabilities.

Financed under HUD’s Section 811 housing program, Horizon North Housing involved the construction of a new 10-unit supportive living facility for women with developmental disabilities and their children, which included office and communal space. Each of the ten units was constructed large, with four bedrooms and two full baths each. The building is comprised of wood frame, complete masonry exterior cladding, shingle roof, two stop elevator, and security system. Sitework included clearing and grading, a parking lot, sidewalks, ornamental fences and gates, and landscaping.
