Renovation transforms dated building into modern office space for national courier company. 

St. Louis-based Associated Couriers retained E.M. Harris to renovate its corporate headquarters, transforming it from the typical 1980s office park building into a bright, modern office space. The project included the addition of workspace, installation of a firewall separating the office area and warehouse, and renovation of reception area, offices, conference rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms with all new finishes. Exterior improvements included a new roof over the addition, drainage system for the existing building, brick veneer, replacement of all existing metal panel siding, landscaping, flagpole installation, and painting of the building to match the company's branding.
