The 24:1 Coffee House/Cafe and Offices project consisted of three tenant fit-outs in an existing mixed-use building.  A larger space was divided into a coffee shop/cafe and a separate office, and a smaller space was also built out into an office.  Scope of work consisted of demolition, sandblasting, masonry restoration and tuckpointing, waterproofing, below slab plumbing and electrical, interior and exterior flatwork, new RTUs and ductwork, steel stud framing and drywall, new storefront glass, interior/exterior painting, grading and asphalt paving/striping.
