Historic preservation and urban infill project spans two South St. Louis neighborhoods.

DeSales Impact, which utilized both historic preservation and low-income housing tax credits, included the gut renovation of two existing historic buildings and the urban infill construction of nine new duplex homes in the historic Fox Park and Benton Park West neighborhoods of St. Louis. Renovations included masonry restoration, all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new roofs, new historic windows and all new finishes. The new homes incorporated wood frame structures with brick veneer, vinyl siding, and wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofs. Sitework included new utilities, sidewalks, parking areas, fencing, and landscaping.
