Scattered site renovation preserves 19 apartments near St. Louis’ Missouri Botanical Garden.

Located in St. Louis’ Botanical Heights neighborhood (home to the acclaimed Missouri Botanical Garden), the Botanical Heights Apartments development included the gut rehab of a vacant, 3-story apartment building and the moderate renovation of three other apartment buildings, comprising 19 units. The gut rehab included all new roof, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new rear decks/fire escapes, windows, doors, parking lot, kitchen cabinets and appliances, hardwood floor refinishing, and painting. Moderate renovations included painting, flooring, and cabinet upgrades.
