Phase 5 of multi-year revitalization plan provides 41 new homes.

Our fifth project in Beyond Housing’s multi-year plan to revitalize part of Pine Lawn, Missouri, the Pine Lawn Manor project involved construction of 41 new homes, bringing the multi-project total to 82 new single-family homes in the neighborhood. Financed with low-income housing tax credits and private financing, project scope included the construction of one- and two-story wood frame structures with brick veneer, vinyl siding, wood roof trusses, and asphalt shingle roofing. The development also included a sitework package, consisting of all new sewer and water utilities, grading with MSD amended soils, and landscaping.
