29 new energy-efficient rental units in St. Louis’ historic Hyde Park neighborhood.

Located over three square blocks in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood of North St. Louis, the Blair Homes development consisted of 1 new single-family home and 13 new duplex buildings, comprising 29 units. Financed with low-income housing tax credits, the project included the construction of one- and two-story panelized wood frame structures with vinyl siding and wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofing. Sitework included underground utilities (new sewer and water services), extensive grading, and asphalt and pervious concrete parking areas. The homes were constructed utilizing Green Building Standards for energy efficiency.
