Luxury condominiums with underground parking in St. Louis’ Central West End.

Privately financed, and located in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood, the 110 North Newstead project involved construction of a new condominium building with 12 luxury units, balconies, rooftop patios, and an underground garage with secured entry for private parking. Scope included construction of a four-story, concrete pan garage deck, wood frame structure, with brick veneer, Hardie plank siding, and both barrel and flat roofs.  Sitework included new utilities, private driveways, fencing, and landscaping.
